The Challenges

MCF Team Aid has a whole host of courageous MCF club members and riders taking on a series of challenges. Over the course of one week, teams will compete to complete seven challenges. You can follow all of the action on the MCF social channels with a daily highlights programme aired each evening.

Who’s needed to make up a team?

1 x Team Manager (ideally a club committee member, but not imperative)
1 x Adult
3 to 5 x riders of your choice

How do we enter a team?

We have a limited number of team spaces available, so don’t delay in getting your team entered. Download the form below and return to This email address is being protected from spambots. We are asking for a donation per team to be made to our Virgin Money Giving page, please include your name and club as a reference, all proceeds go to charity.

How to submit your scores

For challenges 1, 3, 4 & 5 – these will all be based on times therefore we need your nominated team manager to send us the results for each at the end of the day.

Challenges 2, 6 & 7 will be judged by our panel.

Video proof from each challenge from each person where possible which can be sent via WhatsApp or email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. at the end of each day or as soon as you have the results / footage.

Back Wheel Dizzy Challenge

Monday 27th April

  • Changing the back wheel of a 125cc/250cc or 450cc…dizzy!
  • From a standing start, a timed back wheel removal, 10 spins around a broom, pick the wheel back up and fit it.
  • The faster you fit the wheel the better you score!

MCF does Bake Off

Tuesday 28th April

  • Looking for the most creative cake to be made with an Off Road theme
  • Judged by our expert panel of judges

On the Track

Wednesday 29th April

  • Run a 5k in the fastest possible time – don’t forget to screenshot the distance and time for proof!
  • The faster you run the better you score!

Filter Change

Thursday 30th April

  • From a standing start with the bike on a stand, a full filter change with everything tightened back up and ready to ride.
  • The faster you change the filter the better you score!

Kit to Fit

Friday 1st May

  • Standing in just shorts and T shirt, a rider has to change into full riding kit as follows: 1. Socks, 2. Knee Pads, 3. Race Pants, 4. Race Shirt, 5. Helmet, 6. Gloves, 7. Goggles
  • Once kitted the rider performs 20 Press Ups, 20 Sit Ups, 20 Star Jumps before changing back out of kit into shorts and a T-shirt
  • Get your guns out…preparation is key, fastest time wins

Paint Job

Saturday 2nd May

  • Design a helmet that will be judged by Tom Fuller of Image Design Custom
  • Outline supplied by MCF via email
  • BONUS: the winning designs gets a Free Alpinestars helmet painted in that design by Tom
  • Judged by our expert panel of judges

Hidden Talent

Sunday 3rd May

  • This is your chance to stun us with a hidden talent! We don’t care what it is, dancing, singing, Ronnie Mac impression whatever it is, our judges will make the call!
